Seabourne Pictures was founded in 2004 with the purpose of developing and producing original filmed content. The Franklin, TN based studio currently has a slate of feature film projects, including the upcoming theatrical release After.

About Michael W. Smith - Founder
After 20 full-length studio projects spanning 25 years, Michael W. Smith has sold more than 15 million albums and collected 33 chart-topping songs, five Platinum and 16 Gold certifications, along with multiple GRAMMYs and dozens of GMA Dove Awards. In addition, his philanthropic efforts extend to the Eastern hemisphere, where he is active in U2 front man Bono’s organization DATA, and a spokesperson for Compassion International, who has credited him for helping sponsor more than 60,000 children since he began working with the organization 20 years ago.

About Ryan Smith - FOUNDER
Throughout his career as a writer and director, Ryan Smith has helmed various short films and music videos, and written several screenplays. His Sound of Melodies video for band Leeland was a top ten video in 2006 on the Gospel Music Channel. He is currently in post-production on his feature directorial debut, After.

About Brandon Gregory - PARTNER
Brandon Gregory joined the Seabourne family after ten years of working for Carmike Cinemas, one of the nation's largest motion picture exhibitors. Gregory continues his relationship with Carmike, overseeing promotions for their Nashville based theaters. As Seabourne's head of production, Gregory spearheaded the fundraising initiative for After, and produced the film.
